Hyeonjun Jo (*9. May 1994) is a South Korean pianist attending master classes of Cordelia Höfer-Teutsch at the Salzburg Mozarteum University. His repertoire comprises pieces from the baroque, classical and early romantique era and is furthermore including works from the 20th Century.
2011 he was awarded at the 95th Salzburg International Summer Academy of Fine Arts, being the youngest laureate ever at the age of 17. In 2013 he presents “La Merle de Roche“and “La Fauvette des Jardins”, both from the piano cycle “Catalogue d’oiseux” by Olivier Messiaen at the Salzburg Mozarteum University.
